Turning camera with mouse crashing game

Recently started having issue where using mouse look to quickly rotate my camera in first person view is causing the game to freeze. Not sure if it is a result of the last patch, curious if anyone else has run into this.

I'm having this issue when playing. It's freezing up and removing me from the game. My character keeps running how I left him. When I log back in there he is away from where I last saw him.
I know it happens in first person but perhaps in third too.
