Some of the “manosphere” talking points aren’t very nuanced. For example, the rate of homelessness is higher in men than women because men don’t have the option of prostituting themselves for shelter, or at least not as easily. But having to give up that ass to someone you absolutely aren’t into and is often a domestic violence perp (the that would take in a homeless women) isn’t all that ideal to just being homeless. So that’s sort of a pick your poison scenario for women
And the rates of ending oneself in minecraft is higher in men because men tend to use firearms while women do pills. And the body is much better at protecting itself from pills than bullets. Just because the rate is higher does not = men have higher perceived distress. But the different rate is touted quite a lot
There are sometimes different expectations of men and women but that’s been the case for centuries and isn’t likely to change anytime soon
