NPC Spawn Issue: GoFundMe in support of penniless South Ro Sand Giant.

I managed to get two sandginas spawned at a time in S Ro (neither were AC ph) and neither of them dropped any pp (they are itemised to carry fine steel and the rest of the usual items).

This means the issue may not be isolated to a single spawn group.
