hey Rogaine, I already commented on pretty much everything you stickied (in what I think was a very organized post) so rather than repost it I'll just give you the link:

Training "Training shouldn't be allowed - it just makes everyone miserable. I think we can all assume that if training is not allowed, there will be less of it. In the cases where people do try to train, either (a) fraps them (it seems every red player has fraps anyway) or (b) root them. It's not that hard; stop acting like the GM's will have to watch every raid 24/7."
