Hrm. Never ever did I zone into Runneye to meet the evil eye. Gorge yes, runnyeye no.
Borxx was removed with the revamp of Runnyeye on live. Also that changed the 'Staff of the Observer's' quest to no longer require the lens from her. Prekunark she was quite dangerous and pathed near the entrance.
When you saw something like... 'Borxx focuses her gaze on you', you knew it was time to die.
