Returning player after many years

Hello all - Returning player to p99 from 2016, Wanted to start fresh on Green this time as opposed to blue, any guilds out there recruiting newer players? I would consider myself somewhat of a noob to EQ I only got to level 30 on blue first time around on an enchanter but was having a hard time with the charming/mezzing mechanic.
