Regardless I'd like to see someone who can reliably AE stun like that. You have to time the spell to land precisely in the however many millisecond time-frame between the mob entering the maximum range for stun and melee range.

And even if you could execute that ~90% of the time, it's still useless as you'll get murdered with interrupts when you're a fraction of a second too late. That's what rune(s) are for, to absorb a few hits through channeling stun.
