keeps telling me we have been disconnected

we can play for about 5 to 10 minutes and then it goes to a black screen and says we have been disconnected. does anyone have any ideas on what to do because im new at this game and am to try to much and mess up the game!!!! we can log back in and play again but the same thing happens over and over.

The same thing is happening to me over the last 4 days. I can't seem to find an answer or fix yet.

I thought that it was just me but I'm encountering the same problem. It runs fine for 10-15 minutes and the the ping rate goes to hell.

I have T-Moble Home Internet. I have tried running with a VPN, and via WinEQ, but nothing seems to work. This is odd because it has only just begun after about a year of playing with no problems on this network.

Are you guys on some wireless connection? Try an ethernet cable if you can and see if anything changes.

Other things I can think of that might cause issues:

1. Antivirus
2. Windows defender
3. Have you tried logging in from elsewhere? (a public wifi if on a laptop) Just to check if its something in your connection at home.
