SK or Paladin: if you want FD / pet go SK and if you want to have some chance at relevance at 60 for raiding go paladin (DS and soulfire).
Stay away from warrior. You said you don't want to raid tank and you want to stick to busy leveling places. SK / Pally going to be far better for pick up groups. They also solo far better than warrior too. Fungi and a spiked seahorse belt. Fill the rest in w/ cheap HP gear. Good to go and within your budget. | ||
