Sister Island vendor

There is a dwarf vendor on sister island that is supposed to sell to good and evil races, or so I was told. This vendor is dubious to me and wont kill me outright, but he wont sell to me and tells me that "Iksars have their own vendors" or something like that. Now will he ever sell to me? What do I have to do here?

"evil races" are dark elves, ogres, and trolls (and sometimes other races that worship evil gods)

Iksar aren't liked by anyone. Yes, they all worship CT, and he is evil, but the counterbalance to the supreme race is that their faction is fucked in every old-world zone.

also iksar faction isn't right on this server. iksar monk can walk into neriak and bank with zero faction work.

Well he may not like me, but isn't that what faction is for? Will I ever be able to vendor at this guy with faction work?

well it sounds like you know what needs to be done. i checked anezka's for you, but i'm too lazy to do the work on allakhazam to find out what faction he's on and what raises that faction. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

no! I don't! I want to know if increasing my faction would let me vendor with this guy considering im already dubious and he wont allow me, or if its stuck like that permanently

erudites could go there too iirc if they were necro/innoruuk.

but ya i remember iksars on live that would do massive orc belt questing and be able to go to freeport. fangs for qeynos. all that crap. just gotta try etc

Alright well, no one understood my questions I guess, and some idiot put stupid tags. Doran Vargnus on sister island sells to everyone, even trolls and ogres from the get go, he is a merchant of kaladim. He didn't sell from the start to my iksar necro. I ended up going to crushbone, grinded rep with belts and killing, then passed in alot of belts. This increased my merchant of kaldim rep as well. The guards in Kaladim went from scowling to amiable, while this merchant went from dubious to apprehensive. End of story, it was only a question.

edit- Oh and once you get him to apprehensive, he starts to sell to you. I also do appreciate the help that people tried to give, just a little ticked
