I didnt solve that problem however linking my accountant for eq 1999 and making one on EQEmulator and linking them solved the problem and now i can log in yay!
When I tried: EQEmulator said that my phone number is pending a current "outstanding action"...being the code that p99 never sent me. Did you do something other than SMS on EQEmu to fix your end?
