People who are creeps do seek to be around their prey in positions of authority. That's life.

The biggest problem is there is no early weeding of the creeps nor life imprisonment for them from society.

That and for some reason Americans are more likely to turn into creeps than is reasonable or normal in almost every other society.

My personal belief is that America is by design Satanic.
