What I mean is does suicide count as homicide in all areas of a state? More of a law question than a statistical one.

Suicide is good for combatting global warming. From a purely malthusian perspective, it's positive.

Theoretically, according to global catastrophies narratives, it's improving the lives of everyone around them.....
