Flowing Thought items - easiest to obtain?
I am to the point that I want to begin work on a flowing thought item. I searched EQ prices and saw 9 items with flowing thought.

Brells Power- Doubt I will make it to Sleepers Tomb anytime soon
Buckler of Insight- Never been to ToV (about to start going)
Choker of Wretched - rarity and toughness of mob?
Crown of Narandi - Cannot wear [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Eye of CT - Rarity? and I think I am tired of Fear
Robe of Inspiration - cannot wear [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Runed Coldain Prayer Shawl - shudder at the countless hours and money needed to get skills up and find items
White Dragon Idol- no idea
White Dragonscale Boots- Need head of king tormax?

I was wondering if anyone had some ideas or suggestions for the easiest item to get or any additional items that are not on the list that I should consider.

What is "Brell's Power"...I have Killed ST warders 10+ Times and never heard of such an item..
