Necro Research Components

Hello,

I am wondering where necro research components "words of ___" can be found? I have heard rumor that they can drop off any creature of x level or higher, is this true? Where have people had the most success in getting low level research materials?

Welcome to the dark art of vendor farming. If the spell is say, level 20, the research components *should* drop off mobs around that level, perhaps a bit higher. But I always check the nearby NPC vendors as well.
