Miscellaneous: VP Dragon Faction Hits are too large

I just killed Hoshkar on live I can confirm 3 of his 4 hits:
Ring of Scale -???
League of Antonican Bards +375
Mayong Mistmoore +225
Venril Sathir +75

The Ring of Scale must be enormous hit, in the revamp zone a yard trash bottomed me out with -799 before reaching max floor. Hoshkar's hit would be at least 25% higher than whatever that true value is.

That seems high compared to what the source was saying in the ancient google forum, but still far closer to what he was saying than what it currently is on P99.

2 trips to VP will take you from KOS to max ally VS off just dragon hits right now -- closer to 1.5 trips really. Current P99 hits are probably +300-350ish? maybe more?
