nah i met some girl online, they had just legalized weed and i was a dumb kid loaded with inheritance money so I moved out there

then shit went south and i moved back. well, I cheated and got caught so, that's on me. I do regret that.

if I got the same job that I have in PA, my salary would be higher due to the cost of living in seattle, but then I'd have to deal with the myriad of problems that exist in there today.

I always felt like it was weird how every street had homeless people, but never really thought twice about it. Looking back things make more sense, state and city leadership had every warning possible that their people were descending into something awful

but there aren't enough coast guard cutters and port officials to stop every shipment of chinese opioids that inundate west coast cities, some of these shipments get transferred at sea then come ashore on someones pleasure boat which the coast guard completely ignores then they are unloaded onto private property.

It's a shame, washington is a beautiful state, Mt Rainier was always gorgeous when the cloud layer descended beneath the peak, it reminded me of like Mt Olympus. Used to take a ferry from seattle to bremerton. bainbridge island area was some amazing coastal hiking too. never did hike rainier, wish I had done that.
