All my normal text boxes have a higher chat font size to make text more readable for a 4k screen.

However when I get a tell in a separate Tell Window I always have to manually increase the text size for readability. Is there a file that can be changed/edited to make this font size increase permanent on a new Tell Window?

Thank you for the suggestion as the description of the problem is identical to mine.

Ah dang - I don't use tell windows (all my chat is one window so the /fontsize sticks) so I didn't try the change on my end. Sorry to disappoint, but hopefully you're at least on the right track.

I'm interested as well. Also, with the 4K Screen and the larger UI mod, even with /chatfontsize 6, the text for amounts of items is crazy small. I can't tell how many of a thing is in a stack. any help with this?

One workaround for you could be to use superscaling , for AMD its Called FidelityFX Super Resolution or FSR, Nvidia has it as well .

It simply makes your game run on a much lower resolution but scaled to your monitor, thus saving you from the headaches of different uis or too small fonts.
