Cast bar bug? What is it?

Sometimes the cast bard doesn't appear when you start singing a new song. It often feels like a fizzle/missed note because you don't see the cast bar but the animation will continue and the song will finish casting & continue if you don't do anything.

It happens a lot for me but I've gotten used to it.

Yeah... took a while for me to realize that I wasn't missing notes. As soon as the cast bar disappeared (because it will often start then immediately disappear) I'd restart my song. It actually is a real pain in the ass. I've since had to add something gina to alert me that I actually missed a note.
