This place is the Nexus. Lot of folks pop in here, even if only a few times, leave trails, or conversely, are often here (hint) and have left many trails.

For me it was a member of the Royal Family. Someone from my guild, a UK player, told me a "friend of his" wanted to grind in lower guk and maybe camp a quest piece.
