Imo guilds shared character sheets need to include a column for roleplay requirements for their shared toons. Maybe have some RP built into the socials for the toons shared UI file.

+++ immersion. DKP incentives are popular these days so throw in some dkp bonus and penalties for using the RP based ramp / inc / patch socials
