The "average" (mean) weight of a 5'4" woman in 2023 is 170.6 lbs. That is around 30 to 60 lbs overweight!!!

This is not the "ideal" weight of a woman. Consulting Harvard Medical Charts, the normal weight of a 5'4" woman is in the 110-140 lbs range. Just ask my wife of almost 30 years who is at the lowest end of this range, what is normal and she'll tell you! I can hear her say, "It's all in moderation."
