Blue is the most mentally ill its true (detoxx furor etc.) but there is only like 2 people in unrest so you can level in peace.

De-leveling is unclassic on p99 yes? You don't keep your skills.

I am not *personally* a fan of the kind of situations OP described - However I am super happy that some places like this still exist this late on the Green99 timeline for those people who get some enjoyment out of PVE mob shortage drama and competing pullers. You did originally keep your skills, I played on Vallon Zek (Teams PvP) back in the day and there was a deleveled Barbarian Rog who used to terrorize people in HighPass Hold.

Should keep skills for delevel. On classic pvp servers they capped you within 5 to stop delevel twinks destroying with lvl 60 skills.
