Whenever I pull, I start slower to see what the group can handle - then I ramp up when it's clear that they can.

People still complain when I do that.

So you can't win with some people.

You're either pulling too much or not enough.

I leveled at CE to know what my current group can or can't handle. I had a group who could take 10 mobs and derail a train and one who could not handle 3. But you get that one guy in the group who cannot handle three complain about not pulling enough.
