What do we need to do to get green 2.0? Serious discussion

I just wish we could have communication one way or the other. I'd be fine either way. I'm a filthy casual with a job and family. If I knew there wouldn't be a new green for a year or more, I'd focus on getting my char towards max level. But if there's going to be a new server in a month or two, I wouldn't bother and would just start fresh. I don't care what the answer is, I just wish they'd say something.
