What are you saying? People like myself are forced from the developed Green server with my developed characters into a Blue server population. Worlds colliding! Meanwhile many also from green abandon current green to play new green. That seems to me like a lot of change regarding server vibes.

Do you not see how a new green will make old green obsolete? That vast majority of the population will leave for the new green. Better to merge with blue to have a workable population
