Showing some art/animation in a game engine is a far cry from actually making a game sadly. What this guy did in the video is the easy part lol. Not very impressive to be honest. Most people could do this after watching a few hours of tutorials. He's just ripping existing assets and letting Unreal do most of the rendering work.
