I actually wonder about that too. I know Rogues get beat up quite a bit, but how much does having Agility / Stamina buff help them in most situations where you have a tank/slower in the group.

Also I'm not sure how useful dexterity is for people who don't have procs, or if I'm supposed to buff Bard's charisma.

Agility is mostly to offset incapacitate/cripple and encumbrance. It’s only low agi you need to worry about.
