Spell Warn Off Messages gone after patch

My chat messages that tell me when a spell has warn off are not showing up anymore.

Things I have tried:
In the chat windows, filters, spells, warn off checked on and off
Deleted the chat window and created a new chat window
Deleted the entire eqclient.ini file and let the game create a new one

I'm not sure what else to try. Anyone happen to know?
