If a guild can kill him already, this is just allowing for faster SL farming.
Half the loots he drops are already rotting for my guild when we kill him. This might allow a guild to reach that point faster, but we're not talking about an infinite supply of CoF's here. SL loot isn't exactly "game-breaking."
