I had a buddy in high school who invented carbohydrate free bread. It was repulsive, and more like gum than bread, but it passed the iodine test and didn't make us shit blood.

At the time, I told him he should patent it (however tf that works) and sell that to some big bread company and make a shitload of money.

He lives with his dad now. He's been on a keto diet for something like twenty years on and off.
