Exactly.
The troubles. The government is outing you and picking you off one by one while the rich continues to consolidate their power and control over your minds. And now bodies. With food and drugs.

I would like to resume my intermittent food posts. Tonight I am gonna make a pair of cornish hens for dinner. I have made them before, it turned out great when I did it last fall.
I think it was this recipe I followed but I am not sure: https://www.awortheyread.com/cornishhens/ I do remember we both loved it. I'd never made cornish hens until that time, so tonight will be the second time. Fall is my favorite season. I cannot wait to start on some fucking soups and stews once it starts getting a touch colder.

We won't fight, but it's because we're too comfy. It's also the reason why politicians are still living and not being French Revolutioned. We have too much Netflix and Starbucks. But if the food supply is interrupted to a degree where people are missing meals consistantly... Watch out. Because Americans aren't just seething with anger. But we're also entitled and selfish. That means when it gets bad - it'll be really bad. It will be Black Friday on acid. You will probably see a crowd eat a guy alive in a Walmart aisle. Babies will walk around with shotguns and necklaces with human ears on them. It'll take us a long time to boil, but when it happens, we're all fucked (but hopefully the politicians especially) See you down in Arizona Bay.

Civil war will be an underground domestic terrorist organization that's goal will be to disrupt and take down the reliability of the western system so that the establishment will cease it's trust that the system can maintain peace and order.
It's the plot to a very infamous book from the 60's.

Which book? I think I know which book.
I did not make the cornish hens last night. They were still frozen in the fridge when we got home. So I reheated some pasta. The cornish hens are tonight, right after the daily flag burning ceremony
