Wont be long until 20-50% of the 2-4x salaried tech boomers are going to be left holding the bag with 2 million dollar mortgages.

The depression will begin shortly.

There are quite of few them living in very nice multimillion dollar homes around here. They are "Google admins" whatever that vague term means and they've recently moved into the area in the past few years. A curious number of them are Chinese too.

Wonder if I'll keep seeing them.
