Just so I understand this correctly, some people said some subjectively offensive phrases a lot of times. So what we'll do is ban the speech for everyone instead of maybe sending a message to the repeat subjectively offending parties in an attempt to create a dialogue, humanizing the topic to any degree, and possibly increasing empathy across all players?
