step 1: find a cache of 20,000 emails

Step 2: slip a few fake ones about sacrificing chickens to Lucifer in there

Step 3: release the cache


How is this implausible?

That is the Onus. When someone is accused of a crime then immediately destroys their digital footprint in entirety, physically destroys multiple phones, then claims total insolvency and you are just being weird.

The concern;
She did not just say, " hey wtf this is not mine lol, someone must have duped me "

She was caught destroying the evidence, but done through proxy. So she is not RED handed.

Its like observing someone walking into a store, exiting, and everyone inside the store is now dead.

1. How do we know they were not already dead?
2. Maybe he saw the bodies and got scared?
3. What if someone just went in the back door and planted the bodies after he left to frame him?

What is now he is observed, removing his clothes, driving his car into a river, smashing his cellphone with a hammer, and avoiding the subject during the 2 week news cycle.

Who is casting the shadow? When you have to make convoluted hypothesis to explain behavior that would have landed anyone else in prison.

2. She destroyed physical evidence, digital evidence, and then claimed plausible deniability because *I didn't personally do it*

ANY alteration would have a digital timestamp and be very easy to discover. There was no alterations discovered. A raw dump of the server.

I think he technically forced the companies to do it under (maybe) the Defense Production Act. Like in a legal sense obviously they were happy about it. That's why sovereign immunity should rightly be extended to them.
