my fix to In-game & Environmental sounds (thunder, rain, etc.)

Hi. There was a similar thread that was rezurected recently regarding abnormal volumes of particular sounds. A few other solutions in that thread as well if the below doesn't work out.

I still have the files that some one reuploaded since the original host long died. And I guess that reuploaded host has died as well! So I replied to that thread, providing a link to yet another host site.
