It should help at risk people survive it however. I’ve seen both sides of the coin. Had an unvaccinated (no strong beliefs, just didn’t see the need) out of shape 60+ yr close family friend that I’ve known all my life die to covid

I’ve had multiple vaccinated 60+ yr old family members catch it and live. And my 96yr old grandmother who did have strong beliefs against the vaxx actually survived covid (yes testing positive) with early administration of ivermectin. But it took a toll, was one of the worst medical experiences of her life other than valley fever
