It's a strange tactic IMO to teach people to not be racist by teaching them that races can be categorized, and dunked on.

It's kind of like saying, "look I believe in racist stereotyping, but racism against X Y and Z is just not to be tolerated (even though it's clearly true as I believe in the concepts behind them: Racial stereotypes)."
