Meanwhile, Eric Holder (Obama's first AG) oversaw operation 'Fast and Furious', literally running guns to Mexican cartels, U.S. border agents and innocent Mexican civilians killed in the process, and Lois Lerner (Obama's IRS Commissioner), targeted conservative groups (discriminating/harassment), and previously while at the FEC.. both ignored subpoenas and were found to be in contempt of Congress.. but were never prosecuted.
