vyemm has 7 items worth looting. well, 6 for sue. dragonrib club you can loot til you get kreizenns flame.
Bracers a coin toss. Gloves you may want to leave for shamans etc. Whip is super underrated. so is Rib. What's with people usin blam sticks? it's almost like the weapon dmg*2+11 on primary is bugged or something. That'd be wild. Imagine if offhand gave +11 weapon threat mod too. Dragonrib's make me hungry. Persnally, i'd just loot all 7.
