Electric companies sometimes will overcharge and you have to go through the process of them getting it right, to instantly pay would allow that to continue. You pay or not, there is no submission ritual. Imagine walking into the grocery store with this sort of mindset, how well-off do you have to be to simply wave your money card without a second thought.
