30% BASE. It scales with AP. Viegar on a test map oneshotted a character with deathfire grasp because it scales with AP.

It's a perfect core item for poppy. You should build her AP everytime. Progression should be: Sheen , Deathfire Grasp, Lichbane, Deathcap. Poppy is built as an anti carry. Her passive makes her tanky by nature, but she needs very high AP and the lichbane proc + deathfire grasp to make her burst crush the squishy carry before her ultimate runs out.

That's just my advice after 3 years 3,000 games and watching the poppy played in world championship =p

That's pretty much how I build her. Throw in some defensive shit here and there depending on situation.

I tend to get focused on in teamfights all the time. Which is shitty when my ult is down.

I was stating fact to my current friends + players who actually enjoy the game. You can take my word that we work our ass off on new stuff for the game (ridic hours sometimes honestly, but it's work people are very passionate about).

she is pretty high skill curve though which is why you don't see her very often. Can solo lane but probably best in the duo bottom with a support
