To tell you the truth the friend I was talking about is an auditor for one of the big 5. Doesn't make him an expert but he definitely has a wide base of information.

I think in any case you can do the people nice enough to make a server for you a favor and not risk them getting involved with legal action by not posting that you want to buy services.

I hate to snitch, and the guy never showed me numbers. He just asked if i take paypal.

Upon further research it seems to be that he knew it was aginst the rules , and was still trying to go for it.
