Wielding a RoA on a blue server is..... well, almost as dumb as playing on the blue server itself.

It's a situational toy at best. If for instance you are a wizard and are standing and meleeing instead of sitting and medding or manastoning, you should have your RoA ripped from your hand and beat about the head with it.

Conversely, wielding a RoA on a red server is..... well, priceless.
