Petition to promote Stigion to Senior Guide

I started a /petition here to recognize Stigion for all his work and hopefully promote him to Senior Guide.

Please keep this thread respectful. Also, offering 1k to the best screenshot of a Stigion sighting in the wild.

reimbursements are more than 4 months behind. Im sure raid petitions are in the same boat. It is almost like whoever is in charge has abandoned the project.

Reimbursements have always lagged months behind. People are volunteers. If I were a staff member do you think the first thing I'd want to do after a long day at work is sit there filtering through logs to reimburse you because you were an idiot and put something in a summoned bag and logged out? Or didn't pay attention when you were vendoring?

Solution is simple: Don't be an idiot. Or if you do make a dumb mistake, then be patient.

Well if you want to start paying the staff to work on your petitions I'm sure they'd handle it a lot faster for you.

As former CSR on live, I have no sympathy for someone who is annoyed that someone isn't resolving something quickly enough for them on a volunteer-run emulated server lol

you seem really upset that someone would imply that doing the job you volunteer for should be done in a reasonable time frame. If I was 4 months behind on the work I said I would do, I'd like to think I could have the humility to ask for help.

Sure if you're actually volunteering for something impactful. We're talking about a video game dude...an emulated server of a 23 year old video game. You're lucky we even have it to play at all; lucky that item reimbursements are even done whatsoever even if they are months behind...I wouldn't even blame the staff if they just never reimbursed altogether because they don't have the time.

Heck, there are commercial games that follow that type of "no reimbursement even when it's our fault" policy, like Runescape. P99 has always treated its players exceptionally well in that regard.
