Quest Issue: dialogues from city guards/vendors

I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel now, having trouble finding new dialogues. I need to do 1 more pass through the evil cities sometime, but here's the last 2 I've got for now.

erudnint - this one seems to be vendors mostly
