Sigh...The Mage's Guild (take a look)

At some point in content, basically everything important becomes immune to stun. (Some of Kunark is and most of Velious I think)

At that point, you could just add 2 tanks, a bard, enchanter, shaman, and 5-6 clerics to the guild and you'd be set. Monk for pulling. Necro for corpse summons. Maybe something else I'm not thinking of.
