Options menu allows this to be shown and hidden, did we consider that some people may have turned off dot damage from their options menu? I'm literally crying rn help.

The titanium client came out in 2006, I'm sure half of the options weren't around in classic. The TaKP client is closer to classic options, I think, and it has like half the things.
