Coldain Prayer Shawl vs Neriad for Enc queztion

I'd say it really depends on the itemization path you want to go.
I went for a Wurm Lord Shawl myself for other stats.
FT is nice, but if you plan to get into a raiding guild, you eventually have access to other items with better stats and FT, if not, go for it.
On my side, I always felt HP regen was more needed than mana regen but I could be wrong.

Posting my magelo to give you ideas, most stuff are groupable/buyable appart from epic/SS armor.
