Selling accounts is very classic, why do you think it ruins the economy?

I believe it is "legal" he so it can be some what regulated. You are only allowed to sell toons for plat and not RMT. If they said no more selling for PP i would imagine it would bolster 3rd party sites built to accommodate selling and further the real problem of RMT. I am under the impression RMT has implications with Sony and could create issue with intellectual property.

When you buy an account associated with a moron you are now consider to be that moron. Sure you could spend a lot of effort letting everyone know you are a new owner. Some people would rather just buy another character and stay under the radar. Either way its only fair to let the buyer know what they are getting into. In this case the main LOL was the price, It apears a surcharge was added when a discount should have been.
